These terms describe the rules of the garden — how this website may be used, and what you can expect from Temple's Garden Mental Wellness & Coaching. By using this site, you agree to what follows.
No emergency services
This website and every form on it — consultations, waitlist, referrals, and sliding-scale requests — are not monitored around the clock and are not for emergencies. If you or someone you know is in danger, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
Website use does not create a clinical relationship
Browsing this site, submitting an inquiry, or joining the waitlist does not by itself create a therapist–client relationship. Care begins only when a provider has accepted you as a client and intake is completed and signed.
Information you provide
You agree that the information you submit through our forms is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share it. How we protect and use what you submit is described in our Privacy Notice.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — including writing, imagery, and the Wisdom Archive — belongs to Temple's Garden Mental Wellness & Coaching. You may not copy, republish, or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
Fees, billing, and appointments
Session fees, insurance coverage, sliding-scale determinations, and scheduling policies are confirmed directly with your provider before care begins. Website content describing fees or services is informational and does not by itself guarantee coverage or availability.
Changes and governing law
