Come grow, learn, and tend the garden with us. We grow healers the way we grow clients — with intention. Tell us how you hold the past, the present, and the future, and we'll learn whether our roots fit yours.
W-2 fee-for-service position. All roles at Temple's Garden — therapist, coach, and intern — are engaged as W-2 fee-for-service clinicians, not 1099 contractors. We manage your taxes and carry the group practice liability, while Temple's Garden supports the garden's infrastructure, including clients, referrals, and resources. It is recommended that every therapist carry their own professional liability coverage. Payment is structured on a percentage, with taxes taken out.
Supervision & CEUs are on us. We cover your clinical supervision and continuing education units. Professional development should never feel like a burden — this is one way the garden gives back, supporting your growth and strengthening you as a professional.
Peer consultation & community. Healers need a community too. Twice-monthly peer consultation is essential — it creates space for clinical collaboration, professional support, accountability, shared learning, and the connections that keep both the healers and the garden grounded and accountable.
