1099 independent contractor position. All roles at Temple's Garden — therapist, coach, and intern — are engaged as 1099 contractors, not W-2 employees. You'll manage your own taxes, license, and liability coverage while Temple's Garden supports the garden's infrastructure, including clients, referrals, and resources.
Supervision & CEUs are on us. We cover your clinical supervision and continuing education units. Professional development should never feel like a burden — this is one way the garden gives back, supporting your growth and strengthening you as a professional.
Peer consultation & community. Healers need a community too. Twice-monthly peer consultation is essential — it creates space for clinical collaboration, professional support, accountability, shared learning, and the connections that keep both the healers and the garden grounded and accountable.
