Transparent fees for the work
We believe the cost of care should never be a guessing game. Most insurances are accepted, and we offer a sliding-scale fee where applicable. Below are our standard session fees. We are happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network insurance reimbursement, and we'll discuss any documentation needs before they're billed.

Sliding-scale fees are available for those who qualify. Let us know during your consultation and we'll find a fee that honors your circumstances.
Drop-in rates
Need to be seen sooner? Drop-in rates are available with a minimum of 12 hours advance notice. Reach out and we'll do our best to make space for you.
Not in-network with your insurance?
If we're not in-network with your plan, we'll be happy to provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
How our sliding fee works
Healing should never be priced out of reach. Our sliding fee is an honest conversation, not a rigid formula — we look together at your circumstances and agree on a rate that lets you begin and stay in care. Speak with us during your consultation, and we'll hold the question of cost with the same gentleness we bring to everything else.
Our 12-hour drop-in notice
When you need to be seen sooner, drop-in appointments can open the door — with at least 12 hours of advance notice so we can prepare a calm, unhurried space for you. This small window helps us meet you fully present, rather than rushed, and it keeps the care you receive grounded and whole.

Fees are due at the time of service. A valid card on file is required to hold your appointment. No-show and late-cancellation fees are billed to the card on file per the policy above. Please reach out with any questions — we want the financial side of care to feel clear, not stressful.
