About

A sanctuary for healing, presence, and what comes next

Temple's Garden is a mental wellness and coaching practice built around one quiet conviction: growth happens in seasons. Through individual therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness and custom coaching, and eight-week support groups, we guide clients through three movements — healing from the past, living in the present, and preparing for the future. Sessions are available virtually, in person, or as a hybrid of both.

This garden is tended for adults and families across Maryland and Delaware — including parents raising children with disabilities and disorders, caregivers rebuilding steady school attendance, and anyone carrying grief, trauma, or transition who is ready to begin. Sliding-scale fees help keep the gate open for every income, and partner agencies can refer clients directly into care.

The practice was founded and is owned by Nadell Asuru-Acey, LCSW-C, a behavioral health therapist licensed in Maryland and Delaware, working alongside fellow gardeners — therapists and coaches who each bring their own light to the work. Together, they tend Temple's Garden: a digital and in-person sanctuary where every visitor is met with warmth, evidence, and unhurried attention.
