The Triptych of Care

One garden, three seasons of becoming

Mental wellness and coaching, woven into a single continuum — from the roots you came from, through the life you're living, to the future you're growing toward.

Healing

We honor where you've been. Through trauma-informed therapy and clinical care, we tend the roots — gently untangling what was so the ground beneath you can hold again.

From the research

The roots we inherit

Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) are strongly linked to adult chronic disease, depression, and early mortality — yet trauma-informed care can interrupt the cascade. The original ACE Study found that as a person's ACE score rose, so did their risk for the leading causes of death in adulthood.

Living

Here, in the now. We help you arrive fully in your life — building presence, regulation, and the daily practices that turn survival into a life actually lived.

From the research

The practice of arriving

Mindfulness-based programs produce moderate, consistent improvements in anxiety, depression, and pain with no risk of harm. A systematic review of 47 trials found clinically meaningful relief across stress-related conditions after just eight weeks of practice.

The Future

Custom Coaching

Preparing

We design what's coming. Through customized coaching, we shape vision into structure — so the future you're walking toward is one you chose, on purpose.

From the research

Designing what's next

Across 18 studies, coaching significantly improved performance, well-being, goal attainment, and coping while reducing stress and anxiety. Effects were largest when coaching was goal-focused and grounded in self-determination — building autonomy, competence, and relatedness rather than prescribing answers.
